Lori Davila is a nationally recognized Executive Agent, Career and Leadership Coach, and author. She provides leadership and transition coaching for high potentials and executives to accelerate results and has worked with executives at The Blackstone Group, General Electric, Cox Communications, The Conference Board, and at Accenture for example.
Lori also specializes in company contacts and relationships and executive transition coaching. She attracts exciting job leads, similar to a Sports and Hollywood Agent for individuals and outplacement clientele.
She writes a career and networking column for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and regularly contributes to The Wall Street Journal. Lori’s book, How to Choose the Right Person for the Right Job Every Time (McGraw-Hill), includes 401 behavior-based and other interview questions for both hiring managers and job seekers.
Her second book, Perfect Phrases for Perfect Hiring (McGraw-Hill) hit the bookstores in July, 2007. She has also contributed to several best-selling resume books including “Resumes That Knock ‘Em Dead” (Martin Yate) and “Expert Resume Series” (Wendy Enelow & Louise Kursmark) and she is a contributing author to Conscious Women Conscious Careers.
Lori has appeared on numerous radio programs and in global publications. Lori’s knowledge of the work world is founded on her 18-year corporate career where she held senior management positions in strategic marketing, public relations, and sales at IBM, MasterCard, MCI, and Siemens.
