Maclane has a corporate coach credential from the Center for Coaching Certification and continues his education in psychology and further coach credentials. Maclane has coached lately in the Public Relations industry with emerging leaders and connects well with Y-Millennials and well-seasoned professionals.

Maclane is a frequent speaker to high school athletic teams and coaches. He currently serves as the Team Chaplain/Character Coach for Lanier High School football and baseball teams in Sugar Hill, GA, as well as Collins Hill baseball team in Lawrenceville, GA.

He has a great grasp of the Next Generation of emerging leaders and their challenges and coaches well in that segment. His involvement in volunteer and non-profit organizations brings a fresh perspective to corporate environments, with incredible insight and questioning skills. Maclane connects quickly with people and has a quick-witted sense of humor to draw from in his “tool box” of executive skills.

Maclane loves family events, sports of all kinds, including coaching little league, hunting and fly-fishing. He is continuing to further his education in the coaching field and is credentialed in the behavioral assessment, T-MAP, a proprietary leadership of Trove, Inc. Maclane is married to Kerrie and has three children, Samuel Maclane, Anna Maclane & Sarah Maclane.
